Elated Light Featured Wedding - Brooke & Nathan in Portland, OR

It was the last Friday of the first month of the new year. 2018 was off to a beautiful start and Brooke & Nathan's wedding was the exact reason why.

Deciding where to start in this blog ((what to cover first)) is a burden I never want to bare again. From the hand made paper flowers, to the gorgeous calligraphy groomsmen signs - every detail was incredibly genuine and filled with thoughtfulness that I couldn't help but stand back and take all in throughout the night.

The rain held off for the first half of the day, but as wedding blessings would have it, only tiny sprinkles of that fresh northwest rain slowly fell all around us as we set up for the first look. Brooke and Nathan brought tears to all of our eyes as they read each other's vows back to back. They turned to see one another at the same time, and it was one of my personal favorite moments of the day.

The entire outside was filled with love and everyone could feel it.

That feeling seemed to resonate for the entirety of the wedding, through every single moment possible. I wish I could write the words that would best describe it, but I'll let the photos do the rest of the talking.
